Captains Lane (Just off Bolton Road)

Ashton -in-Makerfield. Wigan.

With Sensei Steve and Sensei John assisting.

40mm mats are used in some sessions.

Times of training are:  1st class 5.30-7pm and 2nd class 7.30-9pm

Students can train at both classes if they wish once the applicable training fee has been paid.

Saturday Morning with Shihan at:

Abraham Guest High School

Orrell Road

Wigan

10-12pm in the gymnasium. 

This class depends on numbers attending on a week to week basis.

Mats are used at this location.

Higher fitness levels and higher levels of technique learnt here inc weapons and tournament training at selected sessions.

Great class when both students and instructors can attend.
